Allow the user to select the folder that contains the 'keeper' files.

I sometimes end up with sets of folders that contain the same files (pulled from cameras or SD cards at different times after system rebuilds) so I end up with duplicate images in these folders. VSP automatically wants to keep the files with the newer dates. It would be more useful if the user could select either older or newer or a specific folder that contains the copies of the files we would like to keep. Either keeping the contents of a specific directory or the older files works better for me since they are already organized into directories that correspond to the events (remodeling projects at my sister's house, NASCAR race weekends, etc). The newer files have been dumped into a later folder the contains more than what it should.
